urban exploring in SF

earlier today, i took my mercier out for a ride and went to the other side of san francisco where none of the tourists would dare to scope out...

balancing point

very clever use of camera work and editting as well as excellent acting. makes me wonder how long it took this guy to do all of those stuff...

oh yeah, one more...

check out my darling's birthday beach bonfire:

we had a blast there that we want to have a beach bonfire again someday soon before the city of san francisco decide to put a ban on bonfires on its beach due to some various reasons (littering, drunk peepos, immature high school kids, cleaning up, etc...)

iris vs. nara

earlier today, i went to my long-time childhood friend's daughter's 3rd birthday party. the more i see iris, the more i think of yoshitomo nara's infamous child icon.

see the images for yourself:

+++ iris +++

+++ nara's creation +++

adorable, aren't they???

i goofed...

actually susie's big test is the upcoming next monday not yesterday like i indicated it would be... so she has a week left to practice the three point turn and parallel parking.

oh yeah, here's a haiku for my darling:

bitter heart
stumble twinkling beaming star
sparks kindle

happy birthday, susana.

enjoy the moment while it lasts. *grins*

susie's BIG test

susie's having a road test on monday, so we're going to have a long sessions of driving around this weekend. hopefully she'll get to pass her first ever road test! one thing she does suck is parallel parking. she sometimes is so clueless about driving straight. i do feel like she's a teenager while i'm her dad. this is soooo wrong for me, heh. after all, she's a true new yorker trying to get adjusted to california's lifestyle.
