no, we are STILL not finished with our home project. 25% still to go...

with our eyes being away from tv tube for SO long, we somehow just clicked the tv on at such late last night like around midnight and watched _alias_. since we have NEVER seen any episode of this jennifer garner's tv series, we got HOOKED watching this show as there was a LONG marathon of reruns for the WHOLE night that we ended up hitting the sack at 5 am!

for sure, we would like to add all episodes of _alias_ dvds to our LONG wish list.

just woke up recently and we're off to sf to finish our big project.

nothing has been exciting since we worked hard on our ass to finish remodeling our apartment.

this weekend was definitely 'friends' hangout weekend.

friday: suz and i went out to dine at basil thai with two friends and a few visiting peepos from denmark. afterwards, we proceeded to check out a few gay bars with them as susie wanted to know the true gay socialization there.

saturday: in the early afternoon, we hung out at bittersweet cafe in fillmore area to hang out with k. hill and her beau, soren. we chatted, chatted, chatted for a few hours before realizing that outside has gone dark. afterwards, suz and i dined alone at a local tapas restaurant in mission district before celebrating two friends' birthdays at medjool's bar. there we mingled, drank, and partied till 2 am.

sunday: the usual rest day... but no, we had a nice long dim sum with my ol' high school buddies near our new home as we finally caught up with them. now, susie's painting in the bathroom while i'm blogging here. *slaps my face* now, i have to go and help her out!

yep, it has been nice to go out after being inside for the whole week remodeling... now, back to painting and blah blah blah...
