ugh.. got a letter from chicago court district summonin' me to be on standby jury duty.. but luckily, i will be out in south america baskin' in the sun on that date and just like that, via phone, i was being excused out for it ;-)

I wonder if you ever get in the jury's benches
cuz they're harder to get in with those pessering lawyers. Funny thing, I always get those 'jury duties to report to", but all were excused due to college education, but now in the working world, I haven't got a chance to get one yet ;(
well, it seems like i'm occasionally moving around that the states that i've lived haven't caught me yet until right now!
