this rainy morning, i was waiting for an el train at diversey station, and kept waiting, waiting. there was an el train being stuck just by wellington just one stop from diversey station (probably mechanical problem). the deck was pretty filled with many commuters with umbrellas. pity that woman who was just few steps from me just dropped her cell phone and it went through the tracks. i caught her saying 'SHIT!' and the lady next to me was telling a commuter, "that really sucks!" i'm going through in my head that it's actually fun to watch this situation when you're deaf lipreading 'em and seein' their actions details by details. that was my highlight of my 75 minute trip for today. i just hope that i won't be late for my doctor appointment today in the afternoon! oh yeah, i arrived at work like 40 minutes late, but then i have to thank the technology as i was able to contact my boss with my pager for my tardiness. i'd rather go through unusual situation often than doing the daily routine. it's nice to do something different.

btw, china lost in the world cup last night. now my hopes for this underdog team to the next round is diminishing...
